Frequently Asked Questions

How does the program work?

Dual Lending Options is the bridge between our credit unions and numerous dealerships in the Southeast Region. We provide a "one-click" way for dealerships to submit applications to multiple lenders via DealerTrack or RouteOne. The DLO Team carefully reviews each application and ensures they fit within the parameters agreed upon for each credit union's goals. Completed deal packages are uploaded to CRIF Select Link where they are reviewed for compliance and then funded.
Where is DLO located?

Dual Lending Options is based in North Florida with a reach from Eastern Louisiana to Southern Georgia and across the State of Florida.

  • Cash down to offset negative trade equity
  • Auto history in similar loan range to request

Why did I receive an “Adverse Action Notice”
from Dual Lending Options?
An Adverse Action Notice is a legally required letter informing an individual of the reason(s) why they were denied credit. You have received this letter because a car dealership sent your credit application to Dual Lending Options and for the reasons stated on the letter, your application was denied.
